I was in-and-out within a few hours in my new car. The salesman, Andrew, was great too! I'd highly recommend asking for him if you're in the market for a car from this dealership.
My experience purchasing a car was a rather simple and quick process. Andrew Owen was the sales rep I worked with. I saw the car online, called Andrew told him I wanted to take a look. Once there we test drove the vehicle, expressed all concerns we had about the car. Andrew assured us all matters would be resolved before we took possession of the car. On Monday I picked up my 2010 Nissan Maxima. Paperwork was rather fast considering we had our own financing. After that we did a final inspection of the vehicle. We discovered several issues that they then wrote up a service ticket for of which I had 30 days to bring the car in for the repairs. I brought it back to their service dept on that Thursday even took care of an issue that had not been noted. And I am driving the car I like. Andrew does his job well. My recommendation to anyone seeking to purchase a car here is be an informed buyer. Do not leave all the ownness on your sales rep. to have the answer for your purchase. I think Andrew did very well and had great follow up when it came to my purchase.
